Being an accomplished senior business leader and board advisor I have over two decades of experience in driving strategic plans forward and achieving excellence. With a successful track record of steering the direction of an innovative roofing organisation I constantly lead by example and act with professionalism and integrity.
Balancing a desire to transform the publics poor perception of the roofing and construction industry whilst constantly delivering professionalism and quality, I invested in empowering cross-functional teams and developing pioneering training opportunities for individuals. This culminated in the creation of a unique roofing training academy. I am adept at training, motivating, and developing teams to meet and exceed planned quality goals and objectives.
As a confident communicator, I have the ability and interpersonal acumen required to engage stakeholders across all levels of a business. Having acted as a subject matter expert for governmental bodies on green and sustainable construction, I have a firm belief in corporate social responsibility. I consistently champion green initiatives throughout the industry and was recognised as one of the first roofers to be awarded the MCS accreditation and become a Green Deal Assessor.
Above all, I am a forward focused change agent who is driven to provide a constructive challenge within the boardroom in order to gain a positive outcome.

- Spearheaded innovative and creative construction and roofing solutions to suit different customer’s needs, further growing the company’s turnover to £2m in 2018 and £2.9m in 2019.
